3. Delivery time
Attention! Incorrect phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may result in additional delay! Please carefully check your personal data when registering and placing an order. The confidentiality of your registration data is guaranteed.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the state of emergency, the delivery time may increase from 1 hour to 20 hours. The company also reserves the right to postpone delivery to the next day.
4. Refusal of goods
In case of refusal of the goods by the Recipient for non-objective reasons: i.e. the goods correspond to the Order, but the recipient simply does not want to take the goods for personal reasons. In this case, the funds will not be returned to the Customer. Second case: in case of refusal of the goods less than 48 hours before delivery, the refund amount is 90%. Claims for the goods are accepted upon transfer of the bouquet to the Recipient. The replacement of the goods is made within 2-3 hours after the delivery of the goods to the Recipient. In other cases, the goods are non-refundable and the amount for the goods is not refundable.
The return is not executed if for some reason the delivery is prevented by the customer or the recipient, i.e. there is no delivery address which is not on the cards, the recipient does not pick up the phone! The customer specifies another delivery city!
5. Return policy
Returns are made within 14 working days
Refunds are made in the following cases
5.1. If the bouquet delivered to you does not correspond to the one ordered by more than 40%, if you yourself have not confirmed the replacement. To request a refund, you need to send a photo of the bouquet on the day of delivery to the whatsapp messenger to the number +77071207994! Otherwise, the company has the right to refuse a refund!
5.2. For some reason there is no availability of the ordered flowers.
5.3. For some reason, it is not possible to deliver a bouquet.
5.4. The flowers in the bouquet are withered. To request a refund, you need to send a photo of the bouquet on the day of delivery to the whatsapp messenger to the number +77071207994! Otherwise, the company has the right to refuse a refund!
5.5. Bouquet delivery is delayed by more than 5 hours. If the bouquet is accepted by the recipient, no return is made!

The delivery service reserves the right not to notify the customer if the recipient does not pick up the phone or the recipient is not at the specified location.
7. Conditions for non-return of goods
1. Refunds are not made if the recipient does not pick up the phone or the recipient's number is incorrect. We can re-deliver the bouquet collected for you on another day! Extra charge for courier services
8. Refunds
In cases of return of the Goods, specified in paragraphs 4-6, the refund is made within 3 banking days from the date of receipt of the Goods from the recipient by transferring funds for the paid goods to the current account from which the payment for the Goods was made
